Correct way to Wirelessly Project IPad

After asking around on how I can wirelessly project a Keynote presentation off my IPad, I "think" I have it figured out. Could you guys look this over and tell me if I'm correct? Tech support has been less than helpful!

So, if I'm reading this correctly, I would:

1) Purchase either a mobile hotspot or an AirPort Express device and define my own wireless network (that would not be connected to the internet.

2) Purchase an Apple TV device and connect it via Ethernet cable to the AirPort Express or wirelessly to the mobile hotspot.

3) Purchase a projector and connect the Apple TV to it via an HDMI cable.

4) Enable AirPlay on my IPad to allow the Apple TV to mirror my screen.

5) Run my presentation on Keynote as before.
